The Company reserves the right to verify any deposit transaction at any time. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held.
5. Withdrawal Rules
The minimum amount for any withdrawal is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to deposit funds. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be suspended if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
- Standard charges applicable to the relevant payment method may apply to each withdrawal.
6. Bonus and Promotion Terms
The bj77x welcome bonus is 150% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500. Before withdrawing the bonus, you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
- Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum cap) → Total balance ৳37,000.
Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on both the deposit and the bonus. By accepting a bonus, the following conditions apply automatically:
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- If multiple accounts or unusual betting patterns are detected before the wagering requirement is completed, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
Gameplay and Code of Conduct
7. Fair Play Policy
bj77x is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools.
- Exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.

8. Special Terms for Sports Betting
bj77x offers sports betting. You can bet on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports. The following terms apply:
- All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to void those bets.
- If a match is suspended, abandoned, or its result is changed mid-way, bets will be settled according to the standard rules in place.
- Live betting offers are subject to change.
9. VIP Program Terms
The bj77x VIP program has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
VIP benefits are tied to an individual account and are non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to change, adjust, or withdraw VIP status.
Liability and Limitations
10. Limitation of Liability
The bj77x platform operates on an "as is" basis. The Company is not obligated to provide compensation in the following situations:
- If a game or bet is incomplete due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
- If a user is unable to access any service due to issues with their own device or software.
- Due to technical issues on the part of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, etc.).
- If services are unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.
In any case, the Company's maximum liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
